Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Leader role based in New York, NY. The role focuses on driving high-volume business across club retail channels, with opportunities across multiple categories including Apparel & Kids, Home & Pets, and related consumer product categories.
The ideal candidate is a highly connected sales leader with strong, established relationships within the club channel, including key buyers, category managers, and decision-makers. This role requires someone who can open doors, build meaningful retail partnerships, and develop private label programs that balance product trend, pricing, margin, and speed to market.
Qualification
7+ years of sales experience in apparel, kids, home, pets, accessories, or related consumer product categories
Strong and established relationships within club retail channels, such as Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, or similar high-volume retailers
Proven ability to open new accounts, manage key retail relationships, and drive meaningful business growth
Experience developing and selling private label programs across multiple product categories

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in both men’s and ladies’ sleep, lounge, and robe categories, with strong relationships across better department stores and mid-tier department stores. This role requires a commercially driven sales leader who understands product, brand positioning, retail pricing, margin structure, and seasonal assortment strategy.
Qualifications
7+ years of sales experience in sleepwear, loungewear, robes, soft apparel, intimate apparel, or related categories
Strong expertise in both men’s and women’s sleep, lounge, and robe businesses
Established relationships with better department stores and mid-tier department stores
Experience developing branded, licensed brand, and private label programs
Strong understanding of department store retail dynamics, including pricing, margin, assortment planning, and seasonal selling calendars

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Designer role based in New York, NY. The Associate Designer will support the design team across apparel and related product categories, assisting with concept development, CAD updates, technical sketches, sample reviews, and market research.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for trend, color, fit, and construction, with the ability to translate design direction into clear visual and technical materials. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, overseas factories, and mills to support product development from initial concept through sample review.
Qualifications
2–3+ years of design experience, ideally within the apparel space
Strong knowledge of garment fit, styling, construction, and production process
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; graphic design experience is a strong plus
Ability to create digital technical sketches and update CADs accurately
Experience attending sample fittings and providing clear fit and construction feedback
Strong market research skills, including trend research and competitive shopping
Comfortable corresponding with overseas factories and mills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

This is an on-site internship opportunity based in New York, NY. We are seeking motivated, creative, and detail-oriented interns who are passionate about the fashion, accessories, and home industries and eager to gain hands-on experience with a small, fast-paced team.
Our internship program offers exposure to multiple areas of the business, including sales support, showroom merchandising, client meeting preparation, content creation, trend research, line sheet development, and product organization. Interns will work closely with our team across apparel, accessories, home, and related product categories.
This opportunity includes three focus tracks. Candidates may apply based on their interests, skills, and academic background:
Track 1: Sales Internship
Focused on sales support, client meeting preparation, line sheet creation, Excel organization, pricing trackers, and showroom merchandising.Track 2: Social Media Internship
Focused on content creation, editing, publishing, community engagement, analytics tracking, trend research, and maintaining brand consistency across social platforms.Track 3: Fashion Design Internship
Focused on design support, Illustrator line sheets, trend presentations, product sketching, fabric book organization, and showroom merchandising.Key Responsibilities
Assist with client meeting preparation and showroom setup
Support showroom visual merchandising across apparel, accessories, home, and related categories
Help maintain an organized, inviting, and well-presented showroom
Create and update line sheets, trackers, presentations, and product-related materials
Support sales, design, or social media tasks depending on the selected internship track
Organize product information, pricing details, fabric books, samples, and related materials
Assist with trend research, creative brainstorming, and market-related projects
Work cross-functionally with a small team and support daily business needs as needed
Track-Specific Responsibilities
Sales Internship
Help create line sheets and maintain organizational charts/trackers in Excel
Assist with pricing organization and data entry

Help organize sales materials, samples, and showroom displays
Social Media Internship
Produce, edit, and publish content across social media platforms
Monitor social media analytics and support community engagement
Brainstorm creative content ideas and stay ahead of social trends

Fashion Design Internship
Help create line sheets and design-related materials using Adobe Illustrator
Support fashion trend presentations for apparel and accessories
Assist with product sketching and creative development

Qualifications
Current student or recent graduate with an interest in fashion, accessories, home, merchandising, marketing, sales, or design
Passion for the fashion, accessories, and home markets
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Creative, proactive, and willing to wear many hats
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred
For Social Media track: basic experience with content creation, editing, and social platforms preferred
For Fashion Design track: basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator preferred
Availability of 2–3 days per week preferred
Ability to receive school credit is preferred
